If you have purchased a business grade DSL circuit from us, you will have also been allocated one or more static IPs. In order to finalize your configuration, you will need to contact our office in order to obtain what the IP allocation for your company is.

We will also request that you keep at least one IP 'pingable' by our network monitoring equipment. This allows us to provide 24x7 circuit monitoring on your connection so we can pro-actively ensure that you are receiving the highest quality service possible.
